Is the $100 price real?
Yes — it is the published price for the Standard package, and it is the same number everywhere on this site because every page reads it from one record. What it does not cover is listed on this page rather than hidden.
What is a "static website"?
A site whose pages are fixed until someone edits the files. It loads fast and is cheap to host, but you cannot log in and publish a blog post yourself. If you need to edit content without a developer, the Premium package with WordPress is the right starting point.
What happens after the free hosting period?
Hosting and email continue at a cost we quote you — the renewal figure is not published here because it has not been fixed publicly. Ask for it in writing before you buy, and get it in the same document as everything else.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Moving from a static site to WordPress is a rebuild rather than a switch, so it is quoted as its own piece of work. If you expect to need a CMS within a year, starting on Premium usually costs less overall.
Why is this so much cheaper than a custom build?
Because the scope is fixed and narrow: a set page count, a set technology, and a design approach we have done many times. A custom build starts from your requirements instead, which is genuinely more work. Neither is a trick — they are different products.
