Every cmsGalaxy engagement is set out in a written scope agreed before work begins. That document states what is included, what is excluded, what we need from you, and the price. Where anything on this website differs from your written scope, your scope takes precedence. Ask for anything important to be in it — including the items listed below.
What this website is
The pages here describe our services and, where a price is published, that price is accurate as at the review date shown on the page. Published package prices are an offer to discuss, not an automatic contract: an engagement begins when a written scope is agreed by both sides.
What we do not promise
- Search engine rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes.
- That a paid placement will be permanent, or carry a follow link.
- Availability or response times we have not agreed with you in writing.
- Outcomes that depend on third parties, including publishers and search engines.

- The contracting legal entity and its registration details
- Refund, cancellation and change-of-scope terms
- Payment schedule and late-payment terms
- Intellectual property ownership and handover on completion
- Warranty and limitation of liability
- Governing law and dispute resolution
- Placement replacement terms where a published link is removed
- Service level commitments for support and maintenance
