What hosting is, in practical terms
Hosting is where your site’s files and database live and the server that answers when someone visits. The question that matters is not “how much space” but “what does this application actually need to run well”.
Matching hosting to the application
A small brochure site and a large Magento store have almost nothing in common as hosting problems. A CMS-driven site needs a current PHP version and a database that is not starved of memory. A store needs caching and headroom for traffic peaks. A learning platform under load is a different problem again.
Putting a demanding application on cheap shared hosting is a false economy that shows up as slow pages and intermittent failures.
What we look after
Certificates, so HTTPS does not silently expire. Backups on a schedule, restored periodically to prove they work. Monitoring, so an outage is noticed by us rather than reported by your customer. Server-level updates — PHP, database, operating system.
Application updates are a separate concern and belong to Website Maintenance.

Do I have to host with you?
No. We work with sites on hosting the client already has. Hosting with us is a convenience, not a condition.
What does hosting cost?
It depends on what the site needs — a small brochure site and a Magento store are not comparable. Some packages include a hosting period; check the pricing page and confirm what happens when it ends, as renewal terms are being reviewed.
What is included beyond the server?
Certificates, backups with tested restores, monitoring and server-level updates. Application updates — CMS, plugins, themes — are Website Maintenance, which is a different service.
