What we are trying to be

A supplier that small and mid-sized organisations can trust with the thing their business runs on, and keep using because the advice turned out to be sound.

That is deliberately modest. “World class” and “cutting edge” were on this page before, and they described nothing a reader could check.

What that means in practice

These are commitments rather than aspirations. Each one is something you could hold us to, and each one already appears on the pages where it applies.

We recommend the cheaper option when it fits. Over-specifying is the easiest money in this industry and the fastest way to lose a client permanently. If a straightforward build on a common platform meets your requirement, that is what we will say.

We say what we will not do. No guaranteed search rankings. Nothing described as undetectable or penalty-proof. No near-duplicate pages built to catch keyword variations. Those refusals are printed on the service pages that sell the work, not hidden in terms.

We publish what we cannot yet prove — as unproven. Where a price, a capability or a claim has not been verified, this site says so rather than rounding it up. Several statements the previous site made are missing here for exactly that reason.

We hand over work you could take elsewhere. Documentation and training so the site is yours to run. A client who cannot leave is not a client who chose to stay.

We tell you early when something has gone wrong. At the point we know it, not at the next scheduled update.
